CARPENTERIA LEUZZI s.r.l. is a dynamic company with more than 20 years of experience. It is mainly specialized in providing light-medium structural work and iron and stainless steel pipelines.
19th of February 1991: Giuseppe Leuzzi founded the individual company, a small artisanal turnery-carpentry workshop located in Cutrofiano. The activity was based on small productions and mostly repairs.
1994: the workshop moved to a bigger location, 250 sq.m., that was doubled in a short time.
The market demand and the business ideas required a more precise and faster production
Therefore, in addition to the traditional machinery, the manufacturing process was supported by cnc machines used for metal sheet working.
1999: one of the first plasma cutting and one press brake of 3m were introduced in the production process.
2001: in order to provide the customers with products that were as complete as possible, the company acquired a manual powder coating plant and the punching machine.
2012: the company opened a new office in front the other one. Furthermore, two of the latest technologies available in those years were added to the production process: one cutting laser plant and one automatic powder coating system.
2013: the application of the new machineries allowed the increase of manufacturing and, one year after its opening, the new site required a further extension with a new entry in the production system: a vertical cnc milling center.
The customer takes part to the production process
2016: the company obtained the quality management certification ISO 9001:2015 and the compliance certificate of the production control for construction of steel structural elements, EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 and UNI EN ISO 3834-3:2006.
2017: thanks to the constant development of technology, the production process was supported by a new technique: the fiber laser cutting. This allowed the processing of other materials: aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, bronze. Also, a new workshop was used for packaging and storage of raw materials and finished products.
2019: the corporate structure changed. In particular, since the 1st of January the individual company was completely conferred to Carpenteria Leuzzi s.r.l., managed by its founder Giuseppe.
Today, Carpenteria Leuzzi s.r.l. occupies an area of 2500 sq.m., which counts about 20 workers and 3 production sites.
Thanks to the right mix of human resources and advanced machinery, the company has obtained new clients in Italy and abroad, increasing its customer portfolio with multinational groups
