SANDBLASTING

The sandblasting is a polyvalent operation. It is mainly used before the coating process.

Before proceeding with the finishing, sandblasting becomes essential to clean the piece from drosses and/or crusts ( superficial rust, dirt, etc.) that could represent a problem for the following manufacturing processes.

An additional use is to remove the coating from elements that are already painted. After this, the support will be ready for a new coating process.

We have a total recovery soundproof cabin ( 6x3x3 m) that allows the working of medium-big pieces.

The worker operates inside, completely safe, with the appropriate breathing helmet in which the system guarantees the flow of purified air.

The grit used is metallic.
