Quality control is an essential key point of modern manufacturing.

Because of the production speed and the precision required by the client, it is not easy to execute all the instructions without minimal mistakes.

The company obtained the quality management system, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, implementing a traceability mechanism and control system.

However, the structural work consists of other essential elements such as the weldings that compose the single component.

In order to give evidence to our clients about our professionalism, the welders are specialized with specific certificates, obtaining the UNI EN ISO 3834-3.

The structural work needs further checks and monitoring that we proceeded to implement inside our production mechanisms, obtaining an additional certification: EN 1090-1-2009+A1:2011. This allows the assessment of structural components conformity to realize steel frames and aluminums structures and the related CE marking. 

This system is important to guarantee to the client a standard of high quality for every required component
